		Silom Soi 4 welcome 2009 rom www.gayaffairspattaya.com New Year’s Eve in Silom Soi 4 turned out to be busier than anyone expected. All the bars were packed to capacity with merry well-wishers seeing in the New Year. At the midnight countdown hundreds of balloons fell into the Soi, Champagne corks popped, toasts were made and the mixture of different music from all the different venues was turned up full creating a cacophony of noise to blow away 2008.
