Miss Tiffany's Universe 2009

This May will be beauty pageant time again in Pattaya as contestants gather for the Miss Tiffany's Universe 2009 contest.

The contest is open only to transvestites of Thai nationality aged between 18 and 26 years. During the first round screening, Miss Tiffany's Universe Judging panel and the committee will judge on personality, beauty, and of course intelligence, in search of the most 30 suitable contestants for the final round.

The Miss Tiffany’s Universe contest held every year is receiving more and more attention especially since it is broadcast live on national Thai television with an average 15 million viewers.

International coverage of the contest, as well as its contestants, is growing particularly since the Miss Tiffany’s Universe winners are sent to USA for participation in the “Miss Queen of the Universe” contest where they have won first prize!

With such world wide media coverage including BBC, CNN, Tiffany’s Show has always been proud to use this opportunity to promote Pattaya City as well as to improve Pattaya’s image abroad.

Tiffany's Show regularly takes part in charity events for the less fortunate within the local community and again this year's contest will be a great opportunity to support The Royal Sponsored AIDS Foundation; a charity program which Tiffany's Show has been part of for many years now.

Promoting a positive transvestite image to the local and international public is also one of the Miss Tiffany's Universe 2009 goals.

Thirty of the most beautiful contestants will participate in Miss Tiffany's Activities program and of course the final contest will be broadcast live on TV Channel 7, on May 15, 2009 from 10.30pm.
