Teddy Bear's Picnic 2008 in Boyz Town Thursday, December 18 saw the culmination of this year's Teddy Bear and Rice appeal with a Teddy Bear's Picnic in Boyz Town. Approximately 200 teddy bears were donated this year together with 5,150 Baht in cash for rice. The appeal was organised by Thais4Life in conjunction with Oscars and Panorama in Boyz Town and The Balcony in Bangkok. Also at the picnic was "Oscar the Thais4Life Bear" who has just returned from his travels on P&O Cruises and has 'clocked up' a fantastic 116,383 nautical miles. On December 22 the bears will go to the children at Baan Jing Jai orphanage, the Blind School and the Camillian Centre. A big thank you to everybody who donated this year.
