Teddy Bears go to Rayong
December 23 was the day
that the Camillian Centre in Rayong received their Teddy Bears from this
year's Teddy Bear Appeal.
One aspect of the Camillian Centre is
to care for children with HIV.
With us on this visit was Mr Norman
Vernon who is an active and passionate fundraiser for the centre and he
was "over the moon" to see that his latest project, a swimming pool for
the children was underway.
Also in attendance, representing the
Teddy Bear Appeal organisers, was David from Oscars and other
volunteers.
The centre is run by Father Giovanni
who established the centre in 1995.
It was a wonderful experience to see
the children choose one of the Teddy Bears that many of you had kindly
donated. |
