The fast moving show was compared by the one and only Mr Norman Vernon and starred the legendary Maisie Trollette with the inimitable Dolly John and Lucy Lastik.

Following the spectacular show the start of the charity fundraising commenced. A raffle was held with prizes donated by Jim of Ambiance, Oscars, Panorama/Funny Boys, Cafe Royale, Tony ex White Night and Copa Showbar.

This was followed by an auction featuring Classic Wines, Vintage Ports and many other items.

Maisie Trollette then presented David and Vic of Thais4Life with 100,000 baht for Jing Jai Orphanage raised in UK by Maisie, Jason, Davinia, Jo Frances and friends in Brighton.

David of Oscars then took to the stage to announce the result of the Sponsored Diet which has been going on for the last 14 weeks. In total David and Barry lost 25 kilos raising from sponsors, once all money is collected, the staggering sum of 180,000 baht. Thanks to all the sponsors but in particular Jim of Ambiance, Peter and Glenn of Copa showbar and Lazlo and James.

Next was the draw for the gold for which only 50 tickets were sold at 1000 baht each . The 2 prizes were a King's Limited Edition 50th Anniversary 22 carat gold coin in gold mount worth in excess of 30,000 baht donated by John from Hawaii and a half baht gold ring donated by Ken from Sydney. The main prize was won by our very own Mick of Le Café Royale and Johnny from Ireland won the ring.

The evening rounded off with three Oscars being presented to three winners who were not here for the Pattaya Oscars held earlier in the year. Receiving the Oscars were Mr Norman Vernon, Michael Burchall and Mick from Le Café Royale.
