The Birdcage Pattaya opening night

Sunday March 2, 2008 saw the opening of Pattaya's newest venue on Soi Day Night 1: The Birdcage Pattaya.

The venue, which up until February 22 was known as "Guys", is now being run by former Throb/Splash owner Kevin Quill.

The doors opened at 8pm and there was a constant flow of customers all eager to get a view of the new nightclub.

Apart from the sexy dancers in "birdcages" and go-go dancers customers were also treated to an international buffet provided by neighbouring Googies Restaurant.

At about 11pm there was a cabaret show, organised by "Marsha" and his team of show boys.

The night was a great success and will be a real boost for the Day Night area.
